How to read the overlay Line direction arrows show the direction of flight. Enroute transitions draw thin, the common route thick, and runway transitions / finals medium — select a whole STAR to watch its enroute feeds funnel into the common route and fan back out to each runway. Altitude windows at a fix read like the chart: at-or-above, at-or-below, a range is a window, @ mandatory. Dashed legs are heading/vector segments (drawn to an estimated length); a thin dotted grey line bridges gaps where the coded route breaks and ATC vectors you to the next segment. In the 3D view the ribbon height is altitude (vertical scale exaggerated; posts drop to the ground track). The plate button on a procedure (and the chips under the airport name) open the official FAA chart; rows marked plate only are published procedures the FAA doesn't code in the public CIFP (many VOR/NDB/TACAN full procedures, visuals, most military fields), so they can't be drawn — but the plate is real. The leg table lists each selected transition fix-by-fix; courses there are °true (chart courses are magnetic — the local variation is applied). Data: FAA CIFP + d-TPP, for situational awareness only — not for navigation.
